How to enroll at the ICF
No admission exam. Five simple steps stand between you and beginning your formation.
The whole process can be started from your phone.
Bachelor's and Master's programs begin classes in January; Diploma courses open cohorts in January and July. Our team accompanies you at every step: information, online form, paperwork, and welcome.

Complete the online enrollment form
Choose your program and fill in your information carefully. Upload the required files (JPEG, PNG, or PDF): proof of enrollment payment and 1 recent front-facing photo with a plain background.
The enrollment fee can be paid in installments through March, and the first monthly fee is due by the end of January.

Submit your paperwork
Bring or send your documents to the ICF Campus. Based on the program you chose above, this is what you need:
If your paperwork is still in process, you have the first 6 months and up to 1 year to complete it.
What paperwork do I need?
- Authenticated photocopy of your high school diploma
- Authenticated photocopy of your DPI or passport
- 2 recent passport-size photos (front-facing, plain background)

Receive your welcome email
We will send your student ID number, program information, payment and Zoom instructions, and the invitation to your class's official WhatsApp group.

Welcome call and course assignment
Our team will call you to confirm your information and answer questions. Before classes begin you will receive your schedule, GES portal instructions, and the links to your virtual classes.
